Vendor Terms

These terms apply to businesses listing on Wedhopers, in addition to the general Terms of Use.

Listing

• Listings are reviewed before publishing. Information must be accurate and current, including prices.
• Photos must be your own work or used with permission, and must not show watermarks of other businesses.
• Duplicate listings for the same business are not allowed.

Leads and customer data

• Customer contact details you receive may only be used to respond to that enquiry and provide the requested service. Do not add customers to marketing lists without their consent.
• Keep customer data secure and delete it when no longer needed.

Reviews

You must not post, buy or solicit fake reviews, or offer incentives for reviews. Breaches lead to suspension.

Verification

Verification badges are granted only after we check the documents you submit. Badges may be withdrawn if documents expire or are found to be invalid.

Paid plans

Plan prices are exclusive of GST. A plan becomes active when payment is confirmed. Featured placements are labelled as such. Refunds are handled under the Refund Policy.

Suspension

We may suspend listings for fraud, misuse of customer data, repeated complaints or breach of these terms. You will be told the reason and can respond to info@webhopers.com.
