Review Policy

Reviews help couples choose with confidence, so we protect their integrity.

Who can review

• You need a Wedhopers account and must have contacted the vendor through Wedhopers. Reviews linked to a conversation in which the vendor replied, or that the couple marked as “Hired”, show a Verified interaction label.
• One review per couple per vendor. You can edit it while it is pending.

Moderation

Every review is checked before it is published. We reject reviews that are fake, incentivised, abusive, irrelevant, contain personal data, or come from the vendor, their staff or competitors. We never edit the meaning of a review, and we never remove a genuine review because it is negative.

Vendor responses

Vendors may post one public response to each review. Responses follow the same rules.

Reporting

Anyone signed in can report a review. Reports are reviewed by our team and the outcome is recorded.

Ratings

A vendor’s rating is the simple average of its published reviews. We do not display ratings from other websites.
