Last updated: October 2026. These terms govern your use of Wedhopers, operated by Webhopers Infotech Pvt Ltd. By creating an account or using the site you agree to them.
1. What Wedhopers is
Wedhopers is a platform that lists independent wedding businesses and provides planning tools. We are not a party to any agreement between you and a vendor. Prices, availability and services are provided by vendors; confirm details with the vendor before booking.
2. Accounts
You must be 18 or older, provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. One person, one account.
3. Acceptable use
- No false enquiries, spam, scraping, or attempts to access other users’ data.
- No fake, paid-for or incentivised reviews, and no reviews of your own business or a competitor.
- No unlawful, defamatory, obscene or infringing content.
4. Content you post
You keep ownership of content you upload. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to host and display it on Wedhopers for the purposes of the service. You confirm you have the rights to upload it, including photos of people.
5. Reviews
Reviews are moderated under our Review Policy. We may remove content that breaks these terms.
6. Vendors
Vendors also agree to the Vendor Terms.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Wedhopers is not liable for the services provided by vendors, or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
8. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will notify registered users of material changes. These terms are governed by Indian law; courts at Mohali, Punjab have jurisdiction.
